Sebastien Goulard attended the China Construction 4.0 forum that was held in Changsha, in the Chinese province of Hunan.
Sebastien made a presentation entitled “Belt and Road Cooperation in City Construction Area”; this presentation exposed the housing challenges that most regions of the “Belt and Road Initiative” have to address.
This conference was part of the “Prefabricated Building and Construction Technology Expo 2017″, organised by Changsha and Hunan authorities.
